CONCEPT
The Resort Club at Hilton is an exclusive gathering of Shareholder-Members privileged to indulge in the exclusive, luxurious, world-class facilities and amenities. As a privilege, Shareholder-Members are entitled to 7 certificates for COMPLIMENTARY ACCOMMODATIONS at exclusively designated suites of this 5-star serviced apartment every year for 50 years on privately accessed "Resort Club Membership-only" floors. These complimentary accommodations may be enjoyed at anytime during the year by simply making a reservation. Being proprietary in nature, Shareholders will own pro-rata, the Club premises and facilities at the end of 50 years, making this Proprietary Club especially "unique" among other private clubs.
Members can "plunge their hearts out" in the huge freeform swimming pool amidst a paradise setting or stroll around the lush and tropical landscaping that leads to the sandy-white beach where one can indulge in any weather sport activity of their choice or just simply bask around until sundown, relishing and reveling in the splendid surroundings nature has to offer.
The Resort Club at Hilton further provides members access to the recreational, health and fitness facilities of the Hilton Cebu Resort & Towers complex in Mactan Island, Cebu, Philippines.
THE RESORT CLUB INC.
The Resort Club is organized and duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission primarily to operate, maintain and manage Resort Club suite rooms style Serviced Apartments, a Super Gym and other Recreational facilities. The company is a stock, no-par, nonprofit corporation with the sole objective to benefit the members.
LOCATION
The Club is located at exclusive floors and areas of Tower Three of the Hilton Cebu Resort and Towers accessed by two (2) private elevators with dedicated parking spaces for "Members-Only" use.
Impressively located at Punta Engano in Mactan Island, Cebu, the complex is prominently situated next to the popular Shangri-La's Mactan Island Resort and approximately 10 minutes away from the Mactan International Airport. And being relatively near the city's central business district, accessed by two bridges, affairs can be handled with much ease and comfort, affording each member the convenience of ending their busy day in paradise.
FACILITIES and AMENITIES
The Resort Club facilities will be part of a French Mediterranean-inspired master plan of the complex evoking the "Cote d Azure" with its solarium lobby and live foliage designed by California based architect, Roberto Viggayan (responsible for the prestigious projects such as the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons & Hyatt Regency in Hawaii and California) and the building design by Richeto Alcordo (architect of the Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Cebu City Convention Center and the Waterfront Mactan Hotel and Casino), blend perfectly with the rich and profuse tropical landscaping design by internationally acclaimed Belt Collins of Hawaii thus, creating the perfect tropical paradise - the HILTON CEBU RESORT & TOWERS.

Seven (7) night accommodation in a One Bedroom Suite every year for 50 years with the following furnishings: Queen sized bed or 2 twin beds, living room, 4 -seats dining room, bar & kitchenette, toilet & bath, air conditioning, lanai with sea view, European bathroom fixtures & sanitary wares with European tiled floors and bathrooms.
CLASS "B" PROPRIETARY SHARE PRIVILEGES
Seven (7) night accommodation in a Two Bedroom Suite every year for 50 years with the following furnishings: Queen sized bed or 2 twin beds (in each of the 2 bedrooms), living room, 6-seats dining room, bar & kitchenette, toilet & bath (2), air conditioning, lanai with sea view, European bathroom fixtures & sanitary wares with European tiled floors and bathrooms.

OFFER PRICE
Club Shares will be offered to individuals, partnerships, corporations
or associations. CLASS "A" shares are offered at Php 450,000.00
per share and CLASS "B" shares are offered offered at Php 695,000.00.
